Where do I even start with this day?! I’m struggling to find the words to describe how perfect it was. Jake and Angela, along with their closest friends and family rented out an entire Kananaskis campsite for the week of their Banff mountain wedding. They had nights tucked back into the mountains around a cozy fire sharing stories with one another.  It was wonderful that their wedding was more of an experience, and they were able to enjoy the celebrations of it for a week, rather then one day that goes by way too quickly. It was so heartwarming to see all family and friends all pitching in to set up the outdoor mountain view ceremony and outdoor reception for the two of them. It was a true family event, and it was so beautiful.

There were so many thoughtful, beautiful moments put into this day, but one of my absolute favourites was the flowers. Angela had each of her guests bring a flower with them and put it in a bucket. Before they walked down the isle, all of the girls put together their bouquets from the florals that everyone had brought. She wanted a piece of everyone with her, how amazing is that?! Each bouquet was unique, and fit so well with their easygoing, laid back, outdoor wedding. She even let me put her bouquet together for her. (Thank you Ang, I LOVED doing that for you! )

Heartfelt speeches, teary eyes, puppies, good conversations, wild flowers, bare feet, food truck, mountain views, children, smiles, and a whole LOT of laughter and LOVE. I can’t express the amount of joy that I left with in my heart from this day. I’m so blessed to have couples entrust me with their intimate wedding memories. <3

Here are a few of my favourite moments of the day I just couldn’t wait any longer to share!
