Using Ayla Love Photography for our small wedding in Banff was one of the best decisions my (now) husband and I made for our wedding. Being from Texas and never having even stepped foot in Canada much less Banff, we were clueless moving forward. We knew one thing: we wanted spectacular photos. In comes Mikayla. She is probably one of the most charming people you‘ll ever meet and instantly made us feel comfortable. Leading up to the event, she was flexible and offered suggestions based on her extensive knowledge of the area. Although we were only with her for a short time in person, she was so lovely to work with. Our families absolutely loved her. The photos she took of our day are stunning. Some people take photos; Mikayla creates art. My husband was a little camera shy and she led him each step of the way and now we have beautiful photos that we will cherish forever. She has documented quite a few milestones in our lives so far, and I cannot thank her enough for the memories she has captured so far. From getting our first puppy, to maternity photos when I was pregnant with our first baby, to newborn photos when our little girl was born, I will cherish them forever. I highly recommend Mikayla as a wedding photographer! I knew that photography would be the most important thing for my wedding day and something I wanted to invest in. With that in mind my husband suggested investing in a photographer who was different than the standard light, bright wedding photography. Mikayla's style fits that bill! Shooting both our engagement photos and our wedding photos was a really comfortable, easy experience. I have looked at our wedding pictures every day since we got them back.
