Emerald Lake Elopement

Taylor and Katies beautiful intimate Elopement in the Canadian rockies was nothing short of breathtaking. They came all the way from the states to say their vows to one another while standing on a boulder in the water with two big waterfalls crashing into one another in the background. These two were so laid back, easy, and ready for whatever adventure or location I suggest for their elopement day!

Location location location. It plays such a huge part in your mountain elopement. There are so many extremely popular places near Banff such as Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Two Jack lake, Lake Minnewanka, Quarry Park, Canmore…etc. It’s no wonder that these places are so popular, they are breathtaking locations to visit! There are some down sides to picking the above locations though and that would be…crowds. Some of these locations above can get so extremely busy that they close off certain roads to get access to them during peak season. This is why I spend countless hours driving around, researching and checking out more hidden locations that are just as (if not more) breathtaking places to elope in the rockies.
